Life Lessons Book Series

I have designed a new series of books with The School of Life and Pan Macmillan. A set of pocket sized books features main ideas from great thinkers. Presented by different authors they show how these ideas are relevant today. Each cover is a landscape photograph that relates to the thinker. All the images have been manipulated and coloured and when lined up create a continuous horizon. A very nice box set version is coming too. Photos: Polite Company

Story of the century for House of Fairy Tales

A bit of victorian style reporting for House of Fairy Tales. An activity map and newspaper for fun and games at the former Olympic Park in London this summer – full of pastiche news stories and areas to encourage children to be a reporter and write their own features. The back has a lovely map and illustrations by Andrew Rae.

MillsPower Architecture

I have just updated the website MillsPower Architecture. Formerly known as Mark Power Architects – Phyllida Mills and Mark Power have joined forces. They are award wining architects of public and domestic projects including the very beautiful 'Jubiloos' on London's Southbank. The update also includes new stationery with super heavyweight oversized business cards featuring recent projects.

O Shipka! is a small online Bulgarian bookshop selling hard to find books for Bulgarians in the UK and around the world. I have designed a logo for them  – mostly for use online. The design is which looks a bit like an open book is based on traditional Bulgarian decorative fabric patterns.

Illustrations for Psychologies Magazine

I have been doing an illustration a month since March for Philippa Perry's casebook column in Psychologies magazine.

The Handmade Alliance Identity

The Handmade Alliance is a social enterprise that trains prisoners to produce high quality hand-finished products for British designers. It also gives training and employment to ex-offenders help to improve their re-integration successfully into society. I have been working with them to create a new identity that will be applied to swing tags, woven labels and publicity. The new logo is a monogram of links made of the abstracted letters H and A.
